Reporting someone is fastest inside the app.
If content or behavior in a group needs attention, the in-app tools act immediately and give us the context we need to review it.
Report content
Anything objectionable can be reported from the app for review.
Block a member
A blocked member can't keep interacting with you through shared groups.
Remove or ban
Groups can remove a member, and ban anyone who shouldn't come back.

Email support@hoodmastermind.com with what happened and where, and we'll review it. Our Community Guidelines set the standard we enforce against, including how appeals work.

Privacy requests and your data.
You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of communications. Some of this is available directly in the app through your account settings.
Privacy requests go to privacy@hoodmastermind.com, the address named in our Privacy Policy. Everything else should go to support@hoodmastermind.com.
